Hello, I’m Eva.

I’m a European artist currently living in Panama, where I find constant inspiration in the vibrant colours, energy and contrasts of my surroundings.

My artistic practice develops through a language I define as Chromatic Intuitive Expressionism — an exploration of emotion, movement and organic forms through immersive colour compositions. My work stems from intuition and emotion. I don’t follow a predefined plan: each painting unfolds gradually, guided by movement, colour and what I’m feeling in the moment. In this process, faces, flowers, animals and abstract forms emerge, creating a visual language that oscillates between the abstract and the figurative.

I began painting during a challenging period in my life, and since then art has become a space for transformation and deep connection with myself. Each piece holds emotions and stories that cannot always be explained, but can be felt.

I have developed my artistic journey through various training programmes, including studies at the Lisbon School of Fine Arts. I have presented my work in a solo exhibition in Portugal and in various group exhibitions, both virtual—in Switzerland, Dubai, Paris and Miami—and in-person in Morocco and Panama. Furthermore, I received an honourable mention at one of my first exhibitions in Portugal.

Each painting is unique and exists as an encounter: between what I express and what the viewer feels. My aim is not merely for the work to be seen, but for it to create an intimate, personal, almost invisible connection with whoever chooses it and incorporates it into their space.
