Sometimes, inner chaos can be channelled—into a painting, for example—and transformed into something balanced and beautiful.

Because chaos can become balance if you know how to transform it.

In this way, everything we carry within us becomes a completely different kind of energy.

And that is the wonder of painting:

When we are mindful and try to bring out everything we have inside, without overthinking, simply letting ourselves be carried away by what the colours convey to us, by that brushstroke that stirs our emotions, without a fixed script, but intuitively, expressing everything we feel.
