If there are any problems with your order, I will not leave you hanging!If something went wrong or the item was not what you expected, I will do everything I can to make it right.
Below are the return policies for each product:
On eligible products, the return policy is 14 days. I will do my best to provide accurate photographs of artwork colors, but please keep in mind that calibrations often vary from device to device. If color calibrations are a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Shipping charges for all items returned in good faith are not covered by myself.
Only defective merchandise or items not covered under consumer warranty will have the cost of reshipment covered by Eva Gilardi.
